KEY BENEFITS

ONE TOUCH TO RING.
When pressing the option ‘Find My LutiKey’ on the mobile app, it will start to emit a sound that will help you find the object or person you’re looking for easier.

FIND YOUR PHONE.
By pressing the button on the LutiKey, the phone that is linked with the device will start to emit a sound that will help find your phone and can be heard even if the phone is on silent mode.

SEPARATION ALERT.
If your lucky and phone linked to the account are not within reach of each other, your phone will emit a sound and visual alert, letting you know that you’ve forgotten your LutiKey.

SHARE.
You’ll be able to share your LutiKey information with family and friends. Informing them in times of need or when recovering a valuable object that has LutiKey attached to it.

LAST LOCATION.
Lutikey always registers your item's last location on a map that can be easily accessed through the app.

HISTORY TRACKING.
The locations from the last 30 days of your LutiKey will be saved, this comes in handy in case of an emergency or if lost by showing the path of where it was detected.

I'm OK.
Quickly notify the people to whom you’ve shared your LutiKey, that you are safe and send them your current location.

NOTIFICATION OF ARRIVAL.
You’ll be able to store locations that are visited frequently and the people you have chosen to share your LutiKey with will receive a notification letting them know you have arrived at your stored destination.

WHO’S THE OWNER?
If you’ve misplaced your belonging that has a LutiKey on it, the person that finds it can access your contact information and return it promptly.

HELP.
By pressing the button on your LutiKey for 4 seconds, it’ll place you in direct contact with emergency services to send help in case of an emergency or assist until help arrives. Also, will notify the people to whom you’ve shared your LutiKey that you need help.

CREATE GROUPS.
Conveniently keep track of travel groups or your family by creating a group on the LutiKey app. This way, at any time, you are able to view the location and information of each Lutikey in one place.

MEDICAL ID.
LutiKey comes with a Medical ID which you can activate to add your medical information. Allowing for quick access when medical assistance is required.

LUTIKEY COMMUNITY.
Don’t fret if an item is lost! With the aid of the Lutikey community, users can help each other find their items. If a user is within range of your lost item, the LutiKey app detects its location and uploads it so that you can recover your item as fast as possible.

Yes, Lutikey is compatible with any iPhone with iOs and Android.

What languages does the LutiKey app Support?
The LutiKey app is supported in the following languages:

Is LutiKey waterproof?
Yes. Lutikey is waterproof IP67.

How long does Lutikey’s battery last?
The Lutikey’s battery is guaranteed to last one full year.

Is it possible to replace the LutiKey battery?
Yes, the LutiKey battery is replaceable.

How many LutiKeys can be managed by one device?
One Lutikey app can manage unlimited Lutikey devices at the same time.

Is my information maintained privately?
Your information will be kept completely safe and anonymous and will always be protected. LutiKey does not share your information with anyone at any time. The only time someone can see your information is if you share your LutiKey with that person.

Could I transfer a used LutiKey to another person?
Yes. First, remove the Lutikey from your App while it is connected. Once the Lutikey App notices that it is no longer connected with your previous device, it may be transferred.

How Does LutiKey Work?
Lutikey works through Bluetooth connection. The location is reported to the phone through this connection. Once the connection is determined both the phone and the device will give a lost alert signal. Bluetooth has a high-frequency band, which effectiveness for communication may be limited by the environment. Multiple walls, solid objects, and other interferences may decrease the effectiveness of the Bluetooth signal. We have maximized the Lutikey range for personal item tracking within normal distance.

What is the LutiKey community?
Once you have reported that your Lutikey is lost, the information will be distributed to the Lutikey cloud service. This information will then be passed safely to all connected devices that have joined the community. When another device in the community has detected the signal of the lost Lutikey, this information will be reported back to the cloud service and in turn to you.

Do I have to own a LutiKey device to belong to the LutiKey Community?
Lutikey welcomes everyone whether they own a LutiKey device or not. The Lutikey App is free to download and by doing so, you’ll be joining a growing community that will always help find your lost items. All you need to do is download the app and create an account and you’ll also be able to help others find their lost items too.

Does LutiKey require a paid subscription?
Absolutely not! Even though we recommend everyone to take full advantage of all the functionalities that are offered on our Plus and Premium subscriptions, when you connect your LutiKey with your phone, you’ll have full access to all functions that the LutiKey App has to offer on its basic plan, including our growing community.

    If you have more than one item, its very likely you will receive them separately. Each item will have its own shipping code.

     

      Free Standard Shipping 

    Domestic and International:

    For our USA based customers, orders are fulfilled within 24 hours since payment is processed. Deliveries take on average 7 - 15 days excluding weekends. If your package is marked delivered by the USPS, and you do not receive the package, you will need to contact the local post office who has marked it delivered. We will not refund orders that are marked delivered.

    For other international customers, orders are fulfilled within 24 hours since payment is processed. Deliveries take on average 10 - 18 days excluding weekends.

    Delivery doesn't require signature.

    - Fast Shipping - DHL : 

    Orders are processed within 24 hours since payment is processed. Deliveries take on average 5 - 10 business days, weekends are not included.

    Tracking Info: You will receive the tracking number and shipping status within 24 hours of your purchase. Weekends/holidays are not included.

    Signature may be required at the time of delivery.

     

    When will I receive tracking information:

    For standard shipment, within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number.

    We hope you love your purchase. If not, feel free to return it. Some items are eligible for return if they are:

    • un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached
    • received within 10 days to the date it was delivered or purchased

    Buyer is responsible for returned shipping costs. We suggest getting tracking for the package, for we are not responsible for any lost in transit packages. There will also be a re-stocking fee on certain items.

    We cannot guarantee we will be able to exchange your item because of limited availability. However, if we are able to, buyer is responsible for shipping both ways. 

    Please make sure you check your order upon delivery. If you find any problems with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of it's arrival, or buyer assumes responsibility.

    The tracking status is "Label created, not yet in system", is the tracking number incorrect?

     

    In this case, your package is indeed in transit. 

    Due to COVID-19 there is a temporary delay, the status may not be updated in time. Please be patient with us at this time until the shipping company is able to update its status. 

    Our team will appreciate your support and understanding in this special moment.

     

     

    The tracking info shows "Status Not Available", is the tracking number incorrect?

     

    Sometimes there are some delays in the logistics company update. But it is indeed on the way to transportation. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.

     

     

    My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.

     

    Cheapnotic provides customers with the option to track packages. We will do our best to assist you, but Cheapnotic does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen.  

    If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

    Please take the action:

    • Verify the shipping address from your orders
    • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
    • Look around the delivery location for your package
    • Check to see if the package was left with a receptionist or neighbor
    • Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
    • Wait 48 hours - in some rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival
    • Contact the carrier if there's still no sign of your parcel.

    You can file a claim on a package that has not been delivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. Upon contacting UPS, please be prepared to provide the details about your package such as tracking number, pick-up date, and value of item(s). 

     

     

    How can I track my order?

     

    As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order under “My Orders” when you log in to your Cheapnotic account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
