How to USe

 

1. Scan the QR code on the packing box or directly download the app from your phone's app store.

2. Download the APP "Setracker"  and Register Account.

3. Scan or enter into the device ID. Each device has only one unique ID, it can be only be used once, and it is the access to connect between watch and phone. ( if it notifies the ID was registered during your login, please contact us to reset for you. )

4. Choose language and server location. After you scan the device ID and fill in the account name and password. You got to choose the language and server in your area before you finish it.  ( here please make sure to choose the correct server location, or lead to the "device offline" during position. )

5. Other tips should be paid more attention to:

* You need to have the right sim card, also open the 2G data flow function for the internet and calling function.  ( note: not all sim cards fit this watch. )

* Please make sure to turn off the watch during you insert the sim card into the watch. 

* If you have done all these, your watch also can not work, please do not worry, use your phone which has installed this watch's app to send SMS to check watch setting,  send    PW,123456, ts#     to your watch will reply an SMS, then send this message       PW,123456,imsi#         at last, please send the screenshots of those SMS and its reply to us, add the photo of this watch's back to us, then we will check your watch setting, and solve for your problem.

    Domestic and International:

    For our USA based customers, orders are fulfilled within 24 hours since payment is processed. Deliveries take on average 7 - 15 days excluding weekends. If your package is marked delivered by the USPS, and you do not receive the package, you will need to contact the local post office who has marked it delivered. We will not refund orders that are marked delivered.

    For other international customers, orders are fulfilled within 24 hours since payment is processed. Deliveries take on average 10 - 18 days excluding weekends.

    Delivery doesn't require signature.

    - Fast Shipping - DHL : 

    Orders are processed within 24 hours since payment is processed. Deliveries take on average 5 - 10 business days, weekends are not included.

    Tracking Info: You will receive the tracking number and shipping status within 24 hours of your purchase. Weekends/holidays are not included.

    Signature may be required at the time of delivery.

     

    When will I receive tracking information:

    For standard shipment, within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number.

    We hope you love your purchase. If not, feel free to return it. Some items are eligible for return if they are:

    • un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached
    • received within 10 days to the date it was delivered or purchased

    Buyer is responsible for returned shipping costs. We suggest getting tracking for the package, for we are not responsible for any lost in transit packages. There will also be a re-stocking fee on certain items.

    We cannot guarantee we will be able to exchange your item because of limited availability. However, if we are able to, buyer is responsible for shipping both ways. 

    Please make sure you check your order upon delivery. If you find any problems with your order, please contact us within 5 business days of it's arrival, or buyer assumes responsibility.

    The tracking status is "Label created, not yet in system", is the tracking number incorrect?

     

    In this case, your package is indeed in transit. 

    Due to COVID-19 there is a temporary delay, the status may not be updated in time. Please be patient with us at this time until the shipping company is able to update its status. 

    Our team will appreciate your support and understanding in this special moment.

     

     

    The tracking info shows "Status Not Available", is the tracking number incorrect?

     

    Sometimes there are some delays in the logistics company update. But it is indeed on the way to transportation. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.

     

     

    My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.

     

    Cheapnotic provides customers with the option to track packages. We will do our best to assist you, but Cheapnotic does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen.  

    If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

    Please take the action:

    • Verify the shipping address from your orders
    • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
    • Look around the delivery location for your package
    • Check to see if the package was left with a receptionist or neighbor
    • Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
    • Wait 48 hours - in some rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival
    • Contact the carrier if there's still no sign of your parcel.

    You can file a claim on a package that has not been delivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. Upon contacting UPS, please be prepared to provide the details about your package such as tracking number, pick-up date, and value of item(s). 

     

     

    How can I track my order?

     

    As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order under “My Orders” when you log in to your Cheapnotic account or by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
